TEC Development
Our property development competencies include acquisition – from identification through financing, to planning. It also includes working with local jurisdictions on permitting through securing entitlements to design. Lastly, it includes conceptual design through construction administration, to the construction and project management of the build. The TEC Development team includes architects, project managers, and a host of operational support teammates.
